This subdivision plan was filed by James H. B. Woodruffe on July 30, 1920. Note the names of the streets on this official plan, are different than the names of the streets found on the plan in the Woodruffe collection (dated March, 1920) in the Riverview - Photo section of this web site. In the later plan, state names were used as street names, whereas flowers were used in the earlier plan. The location of this planned subdivision, north of the Alafia River, is legally registered as the W 1/2 and SW 1/4 of the NE 1/2 of Section 17 in Township 30S/Range 20E.
