It also details the earliest land transactions following the 1850 Swamp Act, which is the basis for all land sales in Southern Hillsborough County, so this page is being shared with that collection, as well. As this is a compilation of titles maintained by Hillsborough County government, it is highly unlikely this abstract is copyrighted. ALL of the material is available via public records request.
