Paul B Dickman Quotes.
-
Abstract/Description
-
Including this document, even though there is no reference to who compiled the list of quotes, nor have these quotes been vetted for accuracy. With that in mind, included because of difficulty in sourcing information. Review would indicate that items quoted are consistent with what is known of Paul Dickman. Charles Nelson (Collections Mgr.)

Destined to Fail: Creating a "Hollywood of the East"in Sun City, Fl, 1925.
-
Abstract/Description
-
In 1925, Sun City was the site selected for a planned movie colony designed to attract the movie industry to South County, Florida. The three men most responsible for this venture were ill-suited dreamers whose actions led to the demise of the colony. This paper explores this history of the planned movie colony and the men behind the effort.
