Lillie Mae Jenkins Liverpool lived in "The Elsberry Quarters" Ruskin farm property for Black workers, from approximately 1956 to 1968. Before living in "The Quarters" Lillie and her family lived in Palmetto. She was born in Tampa in 1950.
