Apollo Beach Subdivision Plan Unit 4 - 1975

Download pdf | Full Screen View

Date Issued:
1975
Summary:
After Francis Corr's initial subdivision offerings in 1958/59, he suffered ill health and sold his interests in Apollo Beach to a Miami developer. That developer, involved in several questionable land schemes, did not ever tender any payment for the sale and after a long and complex series of court proceedings, including the firms bankruptcy, the Corr interests regained the land. The land was now in the hands of Thomas Corr, son of Francis and Dora Corr. This 1974/5 subdivision plan, title Unit 4, offers lands west of the original plat, bounded on the south by Miller Mac Road. These plans can be found at the Hillsborough County Clerk's Office in Subdivision Plat Book # 46, Page 81.
